It has new-fashioned rooms and unbeatable location near restaurants. There's kitchen which guests can use. Nice to have a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and an electric kettle available. My new year was good, would recomand this place.

We had a fantastic stay at the contemporary and vibrant 1BR flat near Princes Street. the location was brilliant, allowing us to walk around the city at any time of the evening and feel safe. the flat itself was spacious, clean, and modern. the bathroom was particularly impressive, and the kitchen was comfortable and well-equipped. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely consider returning in the future. Cons: Not one thing 🚫.

It has a cozy living room with a big flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen is a dream for someone like me who loves to cook. I felt like a chef preparing meals using the top-notch appliances and utensils. The bathroom is stocked with free toiletries, which is a nice touch. I felt pampered and well taken care of during my stay.

Personally, I found the bedroom to be a bit too bright for my liking. However, I understand that others might enjoy the natural light flooding into the room.
